Return & Refund Policy
At Stylrite, we strive to deliver quality products tailored to your personal style. As a print-on-demand brand, each item is made especially for you, which means we operate with a limited return window.
Return Eligibility
We accept return requests within 24 to 48 hours of order delivery confirmation. After this period, no returns will be accepted.
To be eligible for a return:
- The return request must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
- The product must be in its original packaging with tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the personalized nature of print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Orders placed in error (e.g., incorrect size or design chosen by customer)
- Buyer’s remorse
- Returns initiated after 48 hours
- Final sale items or promotional products
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged, misprinted, or defective item, please contact us at info@stylrite.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- A clear photo of the issue
- Your order number
We will review and offer a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.
Refunds (if applicable)
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
